Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, where possible.

    • If shipping is not calculated at checkout, the customer may request a personal shipping quote by email. In this case, the order will only be confirmed once the customer has agreed to the shipping cost.

  2. Delivery Options

    • We offer nationwide and international delivery through trusted shipping partners.

    • For larger or fragile items, we also provide personal delivery service, where your order is delivered directly to your address by arrangement. The cost of delivery is calculated individually.

  3. Packaging & Responsibility

    • All items are carefully packed to ensure safe transport.

    • Once the item has been handed over to the shipping provider or delivered personally, the risk of transport passes to the customer, except where damage is caused by inadequate packaging.

  4. Damages During Shipping

    • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt, including detailed photos of the packaging and the item.

    • We will assess the case and, where applicable, provide a refund or replacement. Claims made after this period cannot be guaranteed.

  5. Delivery Times

    • Delivery times vary depending on the item and the shipping destination. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or upon request.

    • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
